Change in Managing Dealer for Motability Customers

GM Coachwork are now the Managing Dealer for all Motability Scheme customers

GM Coachwork are now the Managing Dealer for all Motability Scheme customers but please do not worry, you do not have to change or do anything.

Previously the management of your vehicle was handled by Motability Operations but they have changed their policy & with immediate effect the management has passed to GM Coachwork. All this means is that GM are responsible for assisting you to keep your vehicle on the road during the term of its lease with Motability.

Please find some useful guides below to help assist you should you have any problems.

Servicing, Mechanical Repairs & MOT’s – this will continue to be covered by your local main dealer. You can contact them directly or ask GM for assistance if needed.

Windscreen or glass – Please call Autoglass on 0300 037 9944

Tyres, punctures & replacement– Please call Kwikfit on 0330 123 1533

Accident damage – Please call Motability RSA insurance on 0300 037 3737

Adaptions / Vehicle Conversion – if you have a problem with the vehicle conversion, such as the lift, wheelchair ramp or restraints then call GM Coachwork. Our dedicated team can be reached on 01626 244090, 5 days a week from 9.00 to 5.00pm
